We are a small family owned company based in Maryland! Slimes are a big passion for me along with art and photography. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, slimes are a great way to keep myself entertained while managing stress. Bulk Order (Same Slime) Policy
To keep restocks fair for all customers and ensure we can prepare enough inventory, we offer bulk preorders for anyone who wants to purchase large quantities.
What counts as a bulk order?
• 3 or more of the same slime
How bulk preorders work
1. Message us at least 24 hours before the new restock with the slimes, charms and quantities you want (only if preorders are for new/unreleased slimes).
2. We’ll confirm availability and create a private invoice or custom listing for you.
3. Once paid, your order is guaranteed and reserved, even if the slime sells out on restock day.
Processing Times:
• Processing times may vary depending on order. Orders with charms may take 1-3 weeks to ensure that we have enough in stock, whereas slimes with no charms will take closer to one week before shipping.

Bulk preorders help us:
• Keep restocks fair for everyone
• Ensure enough inventory for all customers
• Prepare and pack larger orders without delays
Important Notes
• Bulk orders made without preorder on restock day may be adjusted or canceled.
• Standard restock quantities apply to all regular customers.

Refunds, Returns & Issue Resolution Policy
Because our products are handmade and carefully crafted in small batches, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our shop.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade, consumable, and sensory nature of slime and related products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help resolve it.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
If your order arrives with a problem (such as damage, missing items, or an error on our part), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When reporting an issue, photo or video proof may be required so we can properly assess and assist.
Resolution Process (Fix First Policy)
Our priority is to resolve issues before issuing refunds. Depending on the situation, resolutions may include:
• Troubleshooting guidance
• Replacement of the affected item
• Store credit
Refunds are considered only if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through the options above.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic and are issued at our discretion.
Refunds may be approved only if:
• The issue cannot be fixed or replaced, and
• The customer has cooperated with reasonable resolution attempts
Refunds may be denied if:
• The customer refuses troubleshooting or replacement options
• The customer does not provide requested proof
• The issue is reported outside the allowed timeframe
• The issue is due to normal texture changes, personal preference, or environmental factors (such as temperature or humidity)
Texture & Environmental Disclaimer
Slime textures may change due to:
• Weather or temperature during shipping
• Handling, stretching, or storage
• Personal texture preferences
These changes are normal and do not qualify for refunds. We are always happy to provide care tips or troubleshooting help.
Repeat Claims & Abuse of Policy
To maintain fairness:
• Refunds may be limited or denied for customers with repeated claims or refund requests
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel future orders if policy abuse is suspected
This policy helps protect our small business and allows us to continue creating high-quality handmade products.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree to:
• Read all product descriptions
• Understand our shop policies
• Contact us respectfully if an issue arises
We are always happy to help when policies are followed
Replacement Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Replacements are available only for items that are deemed eligible and approved by us.
Replacement requests may be approved for:
• Items that arrive damaged due to shipping
• Incorrect items sent
• Missing items from an order
To be considered for a replacement, customers must:
• Contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of delivery
• Provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue, including packaging if applicable
• Include their order number in the request
All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
Please note:
• Replacements are not provided for issues caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
• Variations in handmade items are normal and not considered defects
• Once a replacement is approved, we will ship a replacement item; refunds are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the above requirements.
